Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty embraced faith and tradition during a serene early-morning visit to the revered Tripureshwari Temple, one of India’s prominent Shakti Peethas. The visit, marked by devotion and simplicity, offered a glimpse into the actor’s spiritual side and drew admiration from fans across the country.

Arriving at around 3:30 a.m., Shilpa waited in the VIP room until the Mangala Arti concluded at 4:00 a.m. She then offered prayers to Goddess Tripura Sundari inside the sanctum before quietly departing for Agartala. Her early arrival was reportedly planned to avoid large crowds and ensure a peaceful darshan.

The temple administration made elaborate security arrangements in light of her visit, ensuring smooth movement within the premises without disrupting the routine of devotees. Despite the heightened security, the atmosphere remained calm and spiritually charged.

Shilpa later shared moments from her visit on social media, posting videos and photographs that captured the sacred ambience of the centuries-old shrine. In one video, she is seen bowing before the deity with folded hands, reflecting deep reverence and gratitude. Other images showed her accompanied by two companions, all dressed in traditional attire.

The actor wore a vibrant pink saree with golden detailing, complemented by minimal jewellery and a bindi, striking a graceful balance between elegance and devotion. The backdrop of the ancient temple added to the visual appeal, highlighting the rich cultural heritage of Tripura.

In another clip, Shilpa offered followers a closer look at the sanctum, allowing viewers to experience the temple’s spiritual aura. Her posts, accompanied by hashtags expressing gratitude and blessings, resonated strongly with fans.

Speaking briefly to reporters, Shilpa said she felt drawn by “Maa’s call” and expressed her affection for Tripura, adding that visiting the temple had long been a personal wish.

Her visit has not only inspired devotees but also renewed attention to the cultural and religious significance of the Tripureshwari Temple, a cornerstone of Tripura’s spiritual heritage.
