Mumbai, Jan 26: Actress Parineeti Chopra, who embraced motherhood in October last year, on Monday shared a relatable glimpse into her life as a new mother, giving fans a peek into what she fondly calls her “mom survival kit.”

The actress took to social media to post a close-up picture of a freshly brewed cup of coffee, complete with heart-shaped latte art on top. Keeping it simple and candid, Parineeti captioned the image, “Mom survival kit,” striking a chord with many new mothers navigating sleepless nights and busy routines.

Having completed two months of motherhood, Parineeti has been candidly sharing her personal journey and learnings. Recently, in a video on her YouTube channel, the actress spoke at length about the importance of mindfulness and maintaining a positive mindset, especially amid the demands of daily life.

She emphasised that mental well-being plays a crucial role in overall health. “If your mind is positive, your body follows it,” Parineeti said, adding that she consciously avoids checking her phone immediately after waking up. According to her, early morning scrolling can numb the mind and negatively impact the entire day.

Instead, the actress prefers starting her day calmly by sitting quietly, listening to music, spending time in nature, and chanting mantras. She revealed that chanting the Hanuman Chalisa or “Namami Shamisham” helps her remain grounded and calm, allowing her to respond better to both positive and negative situations throughout the day.

Reflecting on personal growth, Parineeti said she has realised the importance of mindset with age. “How you react to everything and the perception you have is what truly matters,” she noted. She added that her priorities now revolve around health, fitness and mental peace.

The actress also shared that she has become more aware of her choices — from what she eats and how she eats, to when she sleeps — striving to live life more consciously while feeling confident and comfortable in her own skin.
