In a significant political development, a total of 339 voters from Mandai officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), leaving behind the Tipra Motha and several other political groups. The new members were warmly welcomed into the party fold by Hon’ble Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha and BJP State President Shri Rajib Bhattacharjee during a special joining ceremony.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from local residents, party leaders, and workers, marking yet another milestone in the BJP’s growing influence in the tribal and semi-urban regions of Tripura. As part of the induction, the new members were greeted with the party’s saffron flag, symbolizing their commitment to the BJP’s ideology of inclusive growth, peace, and development.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha expressed his gratitude to the people of Mandai for placing their trust in the BJP. He stated that the party is dedicated to ensuring the welfare of all communities and working toward the holistic development of Tripura under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.” Dr. Saha emphasized that the BJP’s focus remains on transparency, good governance, and bringing the benefits of government schemes to every doorstep.

State President Rajib Bhattacharjee also welcomed the new entrants, highlighting that their decision reflects the growing confidence of the people in the BJP’s leadership and its commitment to progress and stability. He assured that the party would continue to work tirelessly for the upliftment of tribal communities and the overall development of the state.

The joining of 339 voters in Mandai marks a strong boost for the BJP’s grassroots presence, signaling a steady expansion of its support base ahead of future political challenges.
