Agartala, March 22: In a significant political development in Tripura, Dhananjoy Tripura, younger brother of former MP and senior BJP leader Rebati Tripura, joined the Tipra Motha on Saturday.
The joining took place in the presence of local MDC and Executive Member Rajesh Tripura, who formally welcomed Dhananjoy into the party fold. The development has sparked political discussions, given the contrasting positions of the two brothers in Tripura’s evolving political landscape.
