Bishramganj, December 3:
In a significant political development, a total of 52 families comprising 201 voters formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today during the “Bihar Vijay Samabesh” organised by the Sipahijala District unit of the party. The programme was held at the Motor Stand area of Bishramganj market and witnessed enthusiastic participation from party workers, supporters and local residents.

Leaders of the district BJP welcomed the new members with warm greetings and symbolic party scarves. They stated that the mass joining reflects the growing public trust in the BJP’s governance, welfare schemes and organisational strength across Tripura. Speakers at the event highlighted the development initiatives launched by the state and central governments, claiming that these efforts are inspiring people from various political backgrounds to shift their support to the BJP.

According to party officials, the individuals who joined today came from different political parties but expressed a common belief that the BJP is best positioned to bring long-term development, stability and progress to the region. They praised the leadership of both the state administration and the central government for their focus on infrastructure, social welfare and transparency.

Addressing the gathering, district BJP representatives said that the party’s recent victory in Bihar has energised workers nationwide, and the “Bihar Vijay Samabesh” was organised to celebrate this success while strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level. They assured the new members that the party will continue to work for the upliftment of all sections of society and encouraged them to actively participate in upcoming organisational activities.

The mass induction has created a buzz in the local political landscape, marking another boost for the BJP in Sipahijala district as it continues its expansion ahead of future electoral battles.
