Mumbai, June 8: Actress and entrepreneur Shilpa Shetty celebrated her 51st birthday on Sunday, receiving a heartfelt and deeply spiritual tribute from her husband, businessman Raj Kundra. Marking the special occasion, Raj shared an emotional video montage on social media, describing Shilpa as his “Devi” and expressing gratitude for the role she plays in his life.
Instead of a conventional birthday message, Raj chose to highlight the qualities he believes define Shilpa. The video portrayed the actress as a symbol of strength, grace, compassion, prosperity and unwavering faith. It associated her with divine attributes traditionally linked to a goddess, describing her as someone who brings blessings, inspires fearlessness, protects loved ones and radiates positivity and beauty.
The montage featured several photographs of Shilpa in both traditional and contemporary outfits, celebrating different facets of her personality and journey. Concluding the video, Raj wished her happiness, love and blessings in the years ahead.

Raj and Shilpa tied the knot in November 2009 and are parents to son Viaan Raj Kundra and daughter Samisha Shetty Kundra.
On the professional front, Shilpa made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the 1993 blockbuster Baazigar. Over a career spanning more than three decades, she has starred in several successful films, including Dhadkan, Rishtey, Phir Milenge and Life in a… Metro. In recent years, she returned to the big screen with Hungama 2 and Sukhee, while also establishing herself as a successful entrepreneur and popular television personality.
