Agartala: August 07: In a moving display of patriotism and solidarity, Tripura’s Minister for Power, Agriculture, and Farmers’ Welfare, Ratan Lal Nath, visited the Mohanpur border on Thursday to take part in the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign alongside jawans of the 104 BSF Battalion.

The event was a powerful tribute to the unwavering spirit of the nation’s border security forces and their silent but steadfast service. Minister Nath personally distributed national flags to the BSF jawans, emphasizing that the Tiranga is not just a symbol but a powerful emblem of the nation’s identity. “This flag represents our hope, our blood, and our history,” he remarked. “Your dedication and courage inspire pride in every Indian heart.”

During his interaction, Nath spoke to personnel from different states, listening to their concerns and ensuring that they were receiving adequate facilities and welfare support. His words reflected a deep appreciation for the jawans’ sacrifices and a commitment to their well-being.

Importantly, the Minister also called on the BSF to strengthen community ties through civic action programs. He urged the personnel to cultivate warm, respectful relationships with local villagers, stating that such connections are vital for fostering mutual trust, peace, and cooperation in border areas.

The event concluded with a collective pledge to uphold the ideals of the nation, with the fluttering Tiranga symbolizing the unity and resilience of the Indian spirit.

This visit served not only as a morale booster for the jawans but also as a reaffirmation of the government’s support for the armed forces and the importance of maintaining harmony between security personnel and local communities.
