Dhalai, Nov 3: In a significant outreach initiative, Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu on Monday visited the remote Nitya Kumar Para, a border hamlet under Boalkali Village Committee in Raishyabari R.D. Block of Dhalai District. The visit marked the Governor’s continued effort to connect with people living in the most distant and underserved parts of Tripura.

During his visit, Governor Nallu interacted with local residents and community leaders to understand their everyday challenges and developmental needs. He emphasized the state government’s commitment to ensuring that the benefits of welfare and infrastructure schemes reach even the most remote villages. “No part of our state should remain isolated or deprived of development. The administration is working to ensure that essential facilities such as education, healthcare, and connectivity are accessible to all citizens,” the Governor said.

He also reviewed the progress of various rural development projects and welfare programmes being implemented under the Raishyabari Block. Local officials briefed him about initiatives in healthcare, education, road connectivity, and livelihood generation under different government schemes.

The Governor lauded the resilience of the villagers and assured them of continued administrative support. He urged officials to prioritize border and interior villages in planning and execution of developmental works, particularly in improving communication infrastructure and access to public services.

Governor Nallu’s visit to Nitya Kumar Para reflects a broader vision of inclusive growth and good governance, ensuring that people living in the farthest corners of the state are not left behind in the journey toward progress and development. His interaction with the local community reaffirmed the administration’s focus on bringing governance closer to the grassroots.
