High-Level Meeting Reviews Progress of Tiprasa Accord: Pradyot

Agartala: Dec 21: Pradyot Kishore Deb Barma attended a high-level meeting chaired by Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah to review the progress of the Tiprasa Accord. During the meeting, the Home Minister emphasized the need for an early and effective solution for the Tiprasa community, a statement that was welcomed by all participants, including Deb Barma. The meeting highlighted the government’s commitment to ensuring that the issues and aspirations of the Tiprasa people are addressed swiftly.

Home Minister Amit Shah’s direct involvement in the discussions signaled the government’s serious intent in finding a resolution to the long-standing issues faced by the Tiprasa community. The Minister’s remarks underscored the importance of moving forward with the accord, signaling a positive direction for the future. Pradyot Kishore Deb Barma, who has been a vocal advocate for the rights of the Tiprasa people, expressed his satisfaction with the government’s focus on resolving these matters.

Following the meeting, the Home Minister also took time to interact with party leaders, Samajpatis (social leaders), and elders of the community.
