Bengaluru: April 19: A state-level workshop on the concept of ‘One Nation One Election’ took place today at the BJP state office, Jagannath Bhavan, in Bengaluru. The event saw the participation of several prominent leaders, including former BJP national vice president Vinay Sahasrabudde, former chief minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda, former deputy chief minister and MP Govinda Karajol, MP B.Y. Raghavendra, Rajya Sabha member Iranna Kadadi, Legislative Council member K.S. Naveen, BJP state general secretary P. Rajeev, and state chief spokesperson Ashwathnarayan.
The workshop aimed to discuss the implications and feasibility of implementing simultaneous elections across the country. Party leaders and attendees deliberated on the potential benefits and challenges of the initiative.
