Under the initiative of newly appointed Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress in-charge Hargun Singh, a significant organizational meeting of the North District Youth Congress was held on Saturday at the District Congress Bhavan. The session aimed at revitalizing the Youth Congress structure and mobilizing young workers to play a more active role in the state’s political landscape.

The meeting was attended by several senior leaders, including Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress president Neel Kamal Saha, State vice president Nirupam Dey, North District Youth Congress president Jahangir Hossain, North District Congress president Digbijoy Chakraborty, and Pradesh Congress Committee members Kabel Kanti Nandi and Chayan Bhattacharjee, along with numerous Youth Congress workers and local representatives.

During the deliberations, leaders held detailed discussions on strengthening the organizational framework, improving coordination between district and block units, and formulating future programs to expand the party’s reach among the youth. Participants also addressed pressing social and employment issues affecting young people in the state.

In his address, Hargun Singh emphasized the importance of unity and collective effort in rebuilding the organization. He urged young Congress members to remain proactive and politically aware, asserting that the youth must take the lead in bringing about social and political transformation. Singh also encouraged the members to connect more closely with the public and work towards solving local issues at the grassroots level.

Concluding the meeting, all leaders and participants reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the Youth Congress and making it a more dynamic, people-oriented force in Tripura’s political arena. The gathering ended on a note of renewed enthusiasm and determination to carry forward the Congress party’s values and vision among the younger generation.
